Finance and Risk Assessment
Patricia (Trish) Boero is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (FCA) and holds a Bachelor of Business. She brings extensive professional experience gained through many years in public practice, working closely with a diverse range of businesses and organisations across financial, commercial and risk-related matters.
As a member of the EL Care Advisory Council, Trish provides valuable expertise in the areas of finance, governance, and risk assessment. Her professional background, together with her previous experience as both an adviser to and member of several not-for-profit organisations, enables her to bring an independent and considered perspective to the Council. Her contribution will assist EL Care in maintaining strong financial oversight, identifying and managing organisational risks, and ensuring sound decision-making supports the organisation’s long-term sustainability and quality of care.
Trish has a genuine interest in seeing older and vulnerable people being supported to live their best possible lives. She is passionate about using her professional knowledge and experience to contribute to an organisation where strong governance and responsible decision-making ultimately serve a greater purpose — helping ensure older Australians receive the care, dignity, security and quality of life they deserve.
