Krystle Marshall, a committed Care Coordinator, brings a rich blend of experience in mental health, counselling, and administration to her role. With her deep understanding of the aged care sector, she ensures the delivery of personalized care planning and service coordination, making her a vital part of the EL Care team.

Ryan Hodder, a dynamic IT and Innovation Manager, is spearheading EL Care’s digital transformation. His diverse background in HR, IT, and healthcare, combined with a passion for nursing and paramedic science, makes him instrumental in enhancing patient care and service delivery.
HR Manager
Nova Grosvenor, HR and Roster Manager at Evermore Retirement Living, brings a unique blend of management and hospitality skills to EL Care. With her rich managementexperience, she oversees workforce coordination and compliance.

I would rate the quality of communication 11/10 whether the communication is via email or phone. I can rely on the EL Care staff to always openly communicate with me no matter what time or when, they go above and beyond to constantly update and communicate at all times. Living 1.5 hours away, this is appreciated. It's not just a job for EL Care staff. I have a wonderful relationship with EL Care and they often remind me they love their job. I am forever grateful.
